About
Find the leak. Fix the system. Prove it works.
Wioxon is a free course and a set of free tools for people who turn attention into customers: find where that process leaks, and fix it one working system at a time.
What Wioxon is
At the center is the free course: practical lessons on AI, automation, lead capture, customer conversations, follow-up, sales and marketing systems, and measurement. Every lesson starts with the problem, then the method, then an exercise and a template you can use the same day.
Around it are two free tools: the Scan, seven questions that show where your work loses time, leads or customers, and the Fixes, step-by-step playbooks that end with something running. Wioxon isn't a community or a directory of tools.
How we work
- No fluff. A lesson is done when you can use something, not when you've watched something.
- No tool lists. Every fix shows a free way to do it first.
- No fake numbers. We don't publish user counts, ratings or testimonials we don't have. When we have real ones, we'll show how they were measured.
- Your numbers, not averages. The Scan uses what you tell it, not industry statistics.
Who is behind Wioxon
Wioxon is made by the same team that builds DenEnter, a tool for answering and organizing customer conversations. That's why some fixes mention it, and so do two later lessons: 5.3, on when a person should take over, and 7.3, on running the whole system. When they do, it's labeled "Built by the Wioxon team", it comes after the free and manual options, and only where it genuinely helps. Wioxon is meant to be useful whether or not you ever use DenEnter.
How the Scan works
The Scan asks seven questions: how many new inquiries you get each week, how fast you reply, what happens when people go quiet, what happens to quiet quotes, how many repeat questions you answer by hand, whether you ask for reviews, and whether past customers hear from you again.
Each answer gives one leak a severity from 0 (fine) to 3 (leaking badly). Leaks that touch every new inquiry — slow replies and missing follow-ups — also get more weight when you receive more inquiries. Your top three leaks are the ones with the highest combined score; ties follow the order a customer experiences them, from first reply to coming back.
- Leaking means severity 2 or 3. Watch means 1. OK means 0.
- If you don't send quotes, that leak is marked "Not applicable".
- The "In your numbers" lines repeat your own answers. The Scan doesn't estimate revenue and doesn't use industry averages.
Your answers stay in your browser. The Scan runs entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to us or stored anywhere. Your result is kept only in the page address (after the # sign), which browsers don't send to websites — so you can bookmark or share it if you choose.
